Yes — 30 days with every feature of the core app (AI document intake is limited to 10 documents a day during the trial), and no credit card needed to start. The Find funding add-on needs a plan first: once you start one, the add-on is free until that plan's 30-day trial ends. Subscribe whenever you're ready during the trial; there's no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge, ever. If the trial ends before you subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only — your data stays put and still exports with one click — until you do.

Everything a small nonprofit needs to win and run its first awards: unlimited grants and funders in your pipeline, deadline tracking with email reminders, calendar sync via ICS (works in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar), CSV import and export, and — once you're awarded — budgets, expense tracking, budget-vs-actuals and funder-ready reports on up to 3 active awards at a time, for up to 5 people. Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No "talk to sales" required for any plan change below Enterprise.

The listed prices are already nonprofit pricing — every FundMesa customer is a nonprofit. Annual billing saves about two months compared with paying monthly. If you're a federation or coalition with multiple member orgs, contact us about an Enterprise arrangement.

Yes, with the optional Find funding add-on: Matches ranked for your organization, funder search across about 226,000 grantmakers from IRS 990 filings, peer funders, newly approved private foundations, and open grants from Grants.gov, the California Grants Portal and funders' own websites, with alerts. You can export everything at any time: per-section CSV downloads plus a one-click, org-wide JSON export covering grants, funders, budgets, expenses, deadlines, deliverables, the activity log, and attachment records (the attachment files themselves download together as a ZIP). After your subscription ends (if you cancel, at the end of the period you paid for), we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.
