For grant consultants
Every client’s deadlines in one place.
If you write and manage grants for several nonprofits, the Consultant plan gives you one view across all of them. Each client keeps its own account and its own data.
Consultant plan
Pricing by email
Includes 5 clients.
- Your firm’s own FundMesa workspace.
- A Clients page: every organization you consult for, most urgent first, with what’s overdue and due in the next 30 days.
- One weekly email across all your clients instead of one per organization.
- A seat in each client’s account that doesn’t count against their plan.
- Create an organization for a new client, or send a connect link to one that already uses FundMesa.
Your clients save too: 15% off their plan and the Find funding add-on.
Questions
- Who pays for the client’s account?
- The client does, on its own Starter, Team or Pro plan, at 15% off while you are on the Consultant plan and a member of their organization. The discount stays on their subscription even if you leave later. Your Consultant plan pays for the multi-client tools, not for their accounts.
- Who owns the client’s data?
- The client. Their grants, budgets and files belong to their organization, not to you. They can remove your access at any time, and you never get an export of an organization you are not a member of.
- How does a client connect me?
- From your Clients page, create a connect link and send it to the client’s owner. They sign in, pick their organization and approve access. The link lasts 14 days and works once. No organization email address is needed on either side.
- What counts as a client?
- An organization where you hold a consultant membership. Five are included; we’ll quote for more. Each client can have at most two consultants.
- How do I get the Consultant plan?
- Email us for consultant pricing. Sign up for your firm like any organization (the usual 30-day free trial, no card) and tell us its name; we turn the Consultant plan on for it, and you choose it under Settings → Subscription.
