Yes — 30 days with every feature in your chosen tier. A credit card is required to start, but you're not charged until the trial ends; cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing. If you decide FundMesa isn't for you, your data exports to CSV with one click and the account closes cleanly.

What does "Starter" actually include?

Everything you need to manage a small grant portfolio: unlimited grants and funders, deadline tracking with email reminders, calendar sync via ICS (works in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar), CSV import from your existing spreadsheet, and CSV export. The limit is users — Starter is one person. If you have a team, you'll want Team.

Why does Pro cost double Team?

Pro adds compliance reports, audit log export, unlimited users, and Sage Intacct integration (shipping Q3 2026). The price reflects who uses it — larger nonprofits ($5M+ revenue) that need audit-trail features for board and federal grant compliance and that need Intacct as the accounting system of record once it lands.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No "talk to sales" required for any plan change below Enterprise.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

FundMesa is already built for and priced for nonprofits — the listed prices already reflect that. We don't do generic "20% off for nonprofits" discounts because every customer is a nonprofit. If you're a federation or coalition with multiple member orgs, contact us about an Enterprise arrangement.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything (grants, funders, deadlines, attachments, activity log) to CSV / ZIP at any time. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. We never sell or share customer data — see our Privacy policy for the full statement.
